VALUES
All people deserve unbiased, ethical health care. To provide such care, health systems must maintain clear communication within the organization and with the public. Health care systems should consider the needs of their patients as well as the needs of their larger community. Health care workers also require support for the mental and physical health to minimize trauma, minimize the impact of stress, and decrease burnout and attrition, especially during and after times of crisis
