Ventilator Allocation during Pandemic Influenza

This project was an independent study for my bioethics program. Using the NYS Ventilator Allocation guidelines, I developed a policy for for allocating ventilators during an influenza pandemic. The accompanying paper addresses some of the other issues that need to be considered in a pandemic influenza response. While a lot of this information is applicable to COVID response, this policy likely needs some updates given our experiences this year.

Improving LGBTQ curriculum for PA programs

This paper and model policy/curriculum were developed as my capstone for my bioethics degree. The purpose is to improve PA preparedness for caring for the LGBTQ community.
